- Sound knowledge of New Zealand payroll requirements, employment legislation and the Holidays Act.
- Experience working with complex payroll, time-and-attendance and enterprise payroll systems.
- Exposure to collective agreements or unionised environments would be advantageous.
- Experience with SAP, Workday, GlobalView or comparable enterprise systems would be useful.
- Strong reporting and analytical capability with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
Most importantly, you'll be comfortable taking ownership, working through issues and providing a safe pair of hands from the outset.
Why Consider This Contract? This is more than simply keeping the pay cycle moving. You'll have the opportunity to apply your payroll expertise across legislative change, compliance, systems and process improvement, while providing important continuity during a key period for the organisation.
