Rob Bishop

Rob originally trained as a psychotherapist and worked in the mental health sector. He's worked in recruitment since the late 90's and still gets a buzz from solving problems and matching people.

Unlike many of us India didn't accidentally fall into the wonderful world of recruitment. She knew that this rollercoaster career was the one for her and tailored her skill set along the way to make that happen.

Vicky developed her strong work ethic from a young age whizzing about on her bicycle doing odd jobs, paper rounds and balancing a busy school and sports diary.
