About the Role
Reporting to the Group People & Culture Manager, you'll lead the delivery of People & Culture support for ManuTech, partnering closely with frontline leaders across manufacturing and logistics while contributing to wider People & Culture initiatives across the Argus Group.

As a trusted advisor, you'll coach leaders, build capability and help create practical people solutions that support a high-performing manufacturing environment.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Coach leaders across employee relations and people management.
  • Lead operational HR, recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning.
  • Coordinate learning, compliance and leadership development.
  • Improve HR systems, reporting, documentation and processes.
  • Support wellbeing, injury management and culture initiatives.
About You
You're someone who enjoys partnering with leaders, balancing strong relationships with practical advice and taking ownership of your work.
You'll ideally bring:
  • HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor experience within an operational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of NZ employment legislation and employee relations.
  • Experience coaching leaders and building capability.
  • Manufacturing, engineering, logistics or similar operational sector experience.
  • A proactive, organised mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
