We are seeking two experienced Accounts Receivable Administrators to support an important implementation period, helping deliver a smooth customer experience and successful billing rollout.

About the Role
This temporary opportunity will see you working alongside a busy team during a key period of change. As customer bills are issued, you'll play an important role in responding to customer enquiries, assisting with account related queries, and providing accurate administrative support to ensure a positive customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Responding to customer enquiries across phone, email and other communication channels
  • Contacting customers directly regarding account and payment matters
  • Customer account setup, maintenance and high-volume data processing
  • Establishing direct debit and payment arrangements
  • Supporting billing, invoicing and general Accounts Receivable administration
What You'll Bring
Success in this role will come from your ability to balance excellent customer service with strong administrative accuracy. You'll be comfortable communicating with customers, managing a high volume of enquiries and maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous customer-facing Accounts Receivable, customer accounts or financial administration experience
  • Confidence handling customer enquiries and resolving issues over the phone and via email
  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience processing account information, payments or billing-related administration
  • A proactive, team-focused approach and willingness to support where needed
