About the Role
Based in Christchurch, you'll support approximately 11 dairy farming operations across Mid and North Canterbury.
Reporting to the Health & Safety Consultant, you'll work closely with farm leaders and their teams to build capability, strengthen engagement and provide practical support across the farming business.
This is a hands-on advisory role, with significant time spent on farm rather than behind a desk. You'll help support critical risk management, incident response, reporting, training and ongoing improvement activity, while building strong relationships with managers and operational teams.
Offering flexibility, autonomy and variety, this role provides a unique opportunity to develop your health and safety career in a progressive farming environment.

- Experience in a health and safety advisory, coordination or operational support role
- Exposure to farming, agriculture, horticulture or another operational environment
- Strong communication, relationship-building and coaching skills
- Confidence working with systems, reporting and data
- A relevant health and safety qualification
- Work in a highly operational role with regular time spent on farm
