About the role:
This is a hands-on Talent Acquisition short-term contract with an immediate start, working closely with operational leaders to deliver recruitment at pace.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across a varied and active portfolio
• Support hiring managers with practical, on-the-ground guidance
• Tackle specialist and hard-to-fill roles with a proactive sourcing approach
• Build trusted relationships quickly across multiple locations
• Identify and implement simple improvements to recruitment processes

This role suits someone who enjoys being in the detail, building relationships and getting things done.
  
About you:
An experienced Talent Acquisition professional who is practical, organised and confident working alongside operational teams.

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end recruitment in fast-paced environments
• Comfortable managing multiple roles, including hard-to-fill positions
• Strong stakeholder skills and a collaborative, down-to-earth style
• Structured and pragmatic, with the flexibility to adapt as priorities shift
• Able to balance delivery with continuous improvement

Experience in Agricultural, Manufacturing or Construction environments would be advantageous.
