About the role You'll have end-to-end responsibility for payroll across a sizeable and diverse workforce, within a detailed and compliance-driven environment. This includes a mix of salaried and waged staff, along with varying payroll requirements.
A high level of autonomy is required, along with the ability to troubleshoot issues and maintain accuracy during a busy and evolving period.
What we're looking for - Proven end-to-end payroll experience
- Strong knowledge of NZ payroll legislation (Holidays Act, IRD, etc.)
- Confidence working independently in a complex environment
- Experience with large payroll systems (TechnologyOne exposure highly regarded)
- A calm, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail
The opportunity - Immediate start, with contract running through to approximately end of July
- Competitive hourly rate aligned to senior capability
- Collaborative, supportive team environment
- A chance to play a key role in maintaining business continuity during change
