About the role
You’ll join a lean, close-knit People & Culture team that work collaboratively, support each other and take pride in being genuinely helpful to the business.
  
Reporting to the People & Culture Business Partner - NZ, you’ll partner with leaders across the organisation, supporting them through people challenges - particularly across ER, performance and day-to-day decision-making - while also contributing to projects and building capability over time.
  
The environment is hands-on and varied, offering exposure to a wide range of work where priorities can shift and no two days look the same. At times, priorities will shift quickly, and this is where your ability to stay calm, practical and focused will really make a difference. This is where the role adds real value - bringing clarity, consistency and sound judgement, helping leaders feel confident in navigating people matters.
  
Key focus areas
  • Provide practical P&C advice and support to managers and employees
  • Lead and support complex ER matters and ensure fair, consistent outcomes
  • Build leadership capability through coaching and guidance
  • Contribute to engagement, culture and employee experience initiatives
  • Support and improve P&C processes, policies and projects
About you
You’re an experienced P&C generalist, likely operating at Senior Advisor level (or ready to step up), who enjoys being close to the business and making a practical difference.
  
You bring:
  • Strong ER capability and confidence managing complex matters
  • The ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Sound judgement and a pragmatic, balanced approach
  • Experience across the employee lifecycle and core HR processes
  • Comfort working in a hands-on, evolving environment
