We’re working with a well-regarded organisation seeking a Management Accountant on a temporary basis for immediate start. This is a hands-on role with a mix of month-end reporting, budgeting and forecasting, and operational engagement, offering variety and exposure beyond standard BAU reporting.
  
The Role
This is a broad, end-to-end role where you’ll support a portfolio of entities within a complex operating environment. You’ll be stepping into an established finance function and contributing from day one.
Key responsibilities include:

• Month-end reporting, reconciliations, and management accounts
• Budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Variance analysis and stakeholder reporting
• Financial modelling and ad hoc analysis
• Supporting operational teams with insights and reporting

  
About You
You’ll be a confident, hands-on accountant who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and picking things up quickly.

• CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent experience)
• Strong management accounting and reporting background
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Advanced Excel skills and systems capability
• Able to work independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Available to start immediately
