This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking business with a diverse portfolio and a strong reputation for sustainable growth. Working with a collaborative and supportive finance team, you'll contribute directly to performance reporting, analysis, and decision-making with plenty of scope to add value and influence outcomes across the business.

About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you will play a key role in financial and management reporting across multiple entities. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Completing month-end processes and preparing accurate management accounts.
  • Delivering financial and operational reports, including variance analysis and consolidations across multiple entities.
  • Drive annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and performance monitoring.
  • Partnering closely with commercially astute business managers to support operational performance.
  • Assisting with statutory reporting and external audit processes.
  • Monitoring and report on fixed assets and capex.
  • Driving process improvements and supporting the use of financial systems and analytical tools.
About You

You're a qualified accounting professional (CA/CPA preferred) with solid experience in management accounting and financial reporting. To succeed, you'll bring:
  • Experience utilising financial models for financial planning purposes.
  • Strong commercial awareness and compliance knowledge.
  • Excellent Excel and financial systems skills (ERP or similar).
  • Proven ability to work independently and engage confidently with stakeholders.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
  • And due to the temporary nature of this role, we need someone able to start quickly with an ability to hit the ground running.
Experience working within a complex corporate structure and familiarity with short term assignments would be an advantage but are not essential.
