The New Zealand Merino Company (NZM) is a world leader in ethical wool sourcing, brand partnerships, and innovation. We’re now seeking a skilled and values-aligned Organisational Development Business Partner to help shape culture, support people systems, and lead strategic HR initiatives. In this newly created role, you will:
Lead the delivery of NZM’s remuneration strategy, including job evaluation and benchmarking
Develop and embed OD frameworks and tools that support internal capability, leadership, and engagement
Leverage insights and systems to improve culture, processes and people outcomes
Collaborate with a high-trust, people-focused COO and a close-knit operations team
We’re looking for someone who:
Brings experience in organisational development, REM, or strategic HR delivery
Has strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and a hands-on delivery style
Is looking for meaningful, flexible work in a values-led and innovative environment
