The New Zealand Merino Company (NZM) is a world leader in ethical wool sourcing, brand partnerships, and innovation. We’re now seeking a skilled and values-aligned Organisational Development Business Partner to help shape culture, support people systems, and lead strategic HR initiatives.
  
In this newly created role, you will:
  • Lead the delivery of NZM’s remuneration strategy, including job evaluation and benchmarking
  • Develop and embed OD frameworks and tools that support internal capability, leadership, and engagement
  • Leverage insights and systems to improve culture, processes and people outcomes
  • Collaborate with a high-trust, people-focused COO and a close-knit operations team
  
We’re looking for someone who:
  • Brings experience in organisational development, REM, or strategic HR delivery
  • Has strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and a hands-on delivery style
  • Is looking for meaningful, flexible work in a values-led and innovative environment
