The Role
As Managing Director – APAC, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing growth strategies across Australia, New Zealand and key APAC markets.
• Enhancing supply chain and operational performance, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
• Strengthening customer engagement and market positioning through commercial excellence.
• Leading a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability and collaboration.
• Diversifying revenue streams, ensuring long-term business sustainability.
• Driving regional strategy while aligning with Invacare’s global vision and transformation.

About You
You will bring:

• Senior leadership experience in a multinational healthcare, medical devices or services-based business.
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record in growth, business transformation and new market development.
• Experience in complex funding or reimbursement environments, ideally within healthcare or related industries.
• The ability to champion Invacare through positive engagement with industry stakeholders, funding bodies and government agencies.
• A dynamic leadership style with a strong focus on execution, influence and strategic thinking.
