Our founder, Rob Bishop, began his career working in the mental health sector and trained as a psychotherapist. His journey took him to London, where he supported street-homeless individuals with mental health, drug, and alcohol issues through Thames Reach, a dedicated charity. This experience not only honed his skills in recruitment and onboarding but also instilled a lifelong passion for the charity and not-for-profit sector. Whilst Hayley heads up our Charity & NFP services, Rob can’t help but roll his sleeves up and get involved too!
